This is fucking disturbing the states is now telling people what they can and can't eat where does this end. I'm starting to think freedoms will soon be taking away from people bit by bit I hope were smart enough to stay away from there government controlled way of living. Health nazis must be destroyed.

Yeah, this kind of shit gets me worked up. We live in a society that continues to blame everyone/everything else for whatever problems they have in their lives - like people suing McDonald's for having hot coffee that THEY spilled on themselves. There are a shitload of stupid lawsuits like that one.

Take responsibility for the decisions that you make. It's not hard.

I totally agree, I wrote a paper on people blaming other things so they don't have to blame themselves.. it wasn't on McDonalds or anything. It was on blaming the media for making you kill someone or commit a crime... but I think it works the same for blaming mcDonalds for making you fat. Luckily I believe there is no the cheesburger law that prevents people from suing someone for stupid reasons such at the hot coffee thing, but it was past after that... but like suing mcdonalds for making you fat and yadda yadda..

but anyways, I called my paper The Toaster Made Me Do It 😛

unfortunately the freedom to choose the food we want to eat isn't in the constitution.

Exactly. People blame everybody and everything they can, to escape personal responsibility.

'It's not my fault I'm fat. Mcdonald's made me fat. It's not my fault I killed my teacher, the TV told me to do it'.

It doesn't matter how much fat you cut out of your diet if you still don't get off your fat ass and exercise -- that goes for both adults and kids...

Absolutely true....before I owned a computer, I exercised quite a bit more. I don't exercise as much now, and I've put on probably 30 pounds since then. Exercise and motivation are the keys, and the coolest thing is that when you exercise, you can be freer with what you eat!

Now, I just need that motivation part 🙂

We live in a society where parents do not take responsibility for their kids. It's always the fast food place's fault that kids are getting fat! It's always the violent video games that cause kids to do violent things..
