Wishing a wonderful Thanksgiving to all my dear friends, and everyone else here!

If you're deep frying it, be cautious, and make sure you have the correct equipment to do so...

If you've gone the trendy route, and are wrapping a turkey around a duck around a chicken, be very careful with the temperatures...

Remember that the NFL provides relief from annoying relatives who want to talk your ear off about trivialities all night until you're yawning yourself to death. The football's always good!

And...please save a little of the homemade cranberry sauce for old Knoxxie.

Happy Thanksgiving Knox, though I know I'm late. I spent Thanksgiving Day at the nursing home with Dad, and Friday, and Saturday.
