Would this be excessive?
Harley gets kidnapped. She's being tickled on live feed and will continue to be until The Joker brings 1 millions dollars in cash to a rooftop of a building under construction where a drone is waiting.
Joker reaches out to Everybody - the cops, Batman, Everybody.
He finds her, kills all the men hanging out outside the room where she's kept with a fully automatic rifle that has a silencer.
He enters the room where she's being tickle tortured and the man doing it demands she tell the location of The Joker's lair.
He allows him to continue another 20 minutes until she tells.
Then he jumps into the air, shooting the man in the head, body slamming him off her, then The Joker tickles her another 20 minutes, making her laugh and beg even More frantically until she pees.
Is that too much? Is that good or is that just sick?
