Yeah, I'm with Chicago on this one. It's possible to go straight for a tickle as an opener, but you kinda have to be in tune with whether or not she wants you to touch her in the first place. If she does, then it doesn't matter if it's a tickle or a hand on the arm. If you're not sure, though, stick to the arm. If she's okay with you doing that, you can escalate later.
