a friend and i are going to try to make a tickling video but we are having trouble finding a model. what are some of the ways to locate a girl that would be willing to be tickled for money. by the way if interested we are in the illinois area
 
Well I was thinking along more legal lines, but Laughingboy's way is probably more effective.

Chloroform and rope? That works, but you'll only be arrested anyway. 😛

You could just do it the easy way and ask around, but that could make for a lot of akward stares and situations. But if you can handle that, it's the best way to go. Some people will do anything for money, so go for it.
