Stuff like this pops up from time to time. People are "surprised" and "shocked" at how people get directed to their sites. While I think this person was rather tongue in cheek about it some folks have been downright indignant!
One lady specifically put up a note about "misdirected tickle fetishists" being sent to a phot on her website! LOL!
The internet is a big place and you can fidn almost anything out there!
