I have been unable to enter the chat room. Could someone please e-mail me the instructions on how to enter it. I'm not very good at computers.

All you have to do is enter a chat name, and hit enter!! 😛
 
this has happened to me, and tends to more often around the evening hours..... I get a feeling there is a maximum number of people who are allowed in at once, and if there are too many people, you aren't given the option of screenname/password... just a guess
