I was in NJ a little while back. It was positively Floridian down there (and I don't mean the beaches, nice though they are!). Seriously, I visited a relative in Miami Beach one July (big mistake) and it felt almost like that - in NJ.
This global climate thing is really gettin' scary.
If it makes you feel any better, we have had something like 50 days of 100 degree plus heat here with at least two months to go before it begins to cool off, and are suffering the worst drought Texas has seen since the 1950s. Not much in the way of humidity though, except in the very early morning hours.
