The Hills s1 e3 more like 18:30 hit it close, fast forwarding and rewinding aren't allowed during the myriad of commercials. M/F upper

It worked for me. You can jump ahead, but if you land on a commercial, you have to sit though it before you can try hitting the 18:02 mark again.

It’s season 1 episode 3 of the Hills "An Unexpected Call". The link works for me just a bunch of commercials prior to the scene. I had never seen it posted here before and it appears we now have a clip so all is good.
