Have you ever thought of trying sleeping pills?

If you dont want a strong script like Xanax,. there are also perscription calming meds to calm one's body down to help them go to sleep.

Or even

Over the counter sleeping meds.

I've had trouble sleeping for many years, and have used both prescriptions and over the counter, and they have worked for me.

Please consider trying medical cannabis or sleeping pills.

My mother suffered from frequent bouts of insomnia and resisted telling her doctor about it until finally she broke down and FINALLY saw a doctor for it (who perscribed a medicine to help her sleep which worked for her).
