help for tc clips

hi guys im new here ,i have problem with downloading the clips from "tc"
i want to download it with my credit card but "ccbill"is asking for username and password which i dont know im giving the credit card number but i dont know anything about username and password.if there is anyone who can help me with it ill be greatfull ,thank u guys.

You should probably contact TC video via the link on their webpage. I've never downloade individual clips, so I don't know if the proceedure's different, but for sets of four clips:

The password and username it asks for when you are paying with your credit card you make up yourself when you pay--they're for tracking your order with CcBill, the company that does the billingr. However, there are a separate username and password for when you actually download your clips--TC will send them to you in an e-mail after you send them one, giving the username and password from your CcBill purchase (the credit card page) and a list of the clips you want. With the passwords TC sends you you can download your clips from the link they'll send you in the same e-mail. Again, if that doesn't make sense and/oor you're downloading a single clip, you should really get in touch with TC.
