It's a cool little bondage bench, that's for sure. I wish I had the vocabulary to help. Of course, I also wish that she didn't have those jeans on in the screen-caps, but, what's a boy to do?

No, not a rack. Those are those longer, table-type things for stretching people out.

It looks more like someone managed to improvise from a weight bench, turning it into an unusual set of stocks, with the soles of the feet up instead of the toes pointing up, as is more usual with stocks. It's very cool, whateverthehell it is.

I think it's a type of stocks.You could just say that she will be laying on a bench on her tummy and her ankles will be locked in stocks so,she will be halfway kneeling
