Help identifying a clip I saw on dailymotion about a year ago

The clip was a combination of three different clips of a masked man getting three women tied to a hotel bed in nylons where he tickled them. I forgot the reason why he did, but I remember some of the ladies kept going "tickle freak!" or something to that effect because I believe Tickle Freak(s) is the company I think??

If anyone knows what I am talking about any help would be appreciated!
