help me find an old story please!

Ok, so i remember an old story i read a while ago and wish to read it again. It was about this girl who was in some organization or another and she didnt follow the rules and bit some guy or something, so as to be taught how to behave right she was taken to this guys house to be tortured into acting well. I specifically remember a part about movable blocks and lots restraints along with him taking a shower or something.... idk ive been trying really hard to find this i don't remember who it was by it might be in an archive or something. She ended up becoming his wife or something and helping him in his work. i remember some other stuff but i wont put it here so if anyone has an idea please post it here and i will reply if you need more info or something. Please help me find this story!
