Are you trying to send Private Messages? You need to have at least ten posts in order to be able to do that. Just post some more and you'll be good to go.

Sometimes finding something constructive to post is quite hard (even in the General Discussion section), surely there should be a "Random Shit" section, where people wanting to boost their post count are allowed to roam free.
