Help with a name...

A little help please...

I'm looking for the name of a comic artist. He draws some pretty incredible dynamic pictures of barefooted and tickled women.

I think his name was something like Jack Reed? Reeder? Redner? Redd?

I know SOMEONE'S heard of him and can remember his name...anyone? I'd really appreciate it. Also, is there a website where any of his pix are posted?

I'm not sure about the whereabouts of Jake Redder, he did some great work. That website was not his but that of Solly, or Solletico who used to publish a monthly mag called Fingers & Feathers, plus made videos, some with his wife Julie, who apparently left him. Mr. Redder was a contributor and a fine one at that. I corresponded with Solly years ago and hope he will find happiness again. Peace....always searching for celeb and mainstreams, B.

I know, bftlvr. It's a real shame. What's scary is that the website makes it sound like Solly literally tickled his wife to death--"I lost my wife because of my foot/tickle fetish." 😱

Tickled to death

The message on that site is creepy. I came across it a while back and it sounds like he tickled her to death. Does anyone know what happened or if that message is a hoax?

I have no idea, Novus. I certainly hope that Solly DID mean that his wife left him! If it's a hoax, it's a very sick and cruel joke. 😡 But if he really did tickle her to death, I don't blame him for putting up that message and giving up tickling. 🙁 However, I think it's highly unlikely you could tickle someone and not stop before it's obvious you've gone too far, unless you've gone mad or something. 😕 Also confusing is if this is the truth, why does the background show bare feet (hers, maybe)? Is that a form of worship or what? Strange.

If I remember correctly Solletico's wife left him. Apparently she felt she was taken advantage of and he did not really love her. Why this happenned after 19 years I don't know? I would have thought too there would have been signs that someone was not happy and time to correct the situation but apparently this was not the case. I hope Solly finds peace of mind and that maybe the situation has a happy ending that we did not find out about.

Thanks, , for clearing that up. The website says Solly was married for 17 years, but however long it was, it does seem weird she didn't mind until that much time had passed. Perhaps he was becoming inattentive or something. Whatever the reason, it is sad. If I were in his place, I would have given up the site just to try to keep her from leaving me. 🙁

He posted a clarification of this a while back. If I can find it, I'll pop the link in here so you can see for yourself. I seem to recall him making some mention of hoping to bring the site (or one like it) back at some point down the road.

Kinda points out how difficult it is for some people to live with our particular kink. Keep in mind too that it takes a LOT of time and work to keep a good web site going.

Yes, Ann, please post the link when you find it. I'd like to see what his exact words were.

I can see how it would be hard for some people to deal with our "kink," especially if they are more often than not the ticklees.

I also think it (usually) takes a LOT of time and work to keep a good marriage going. 🙁
