A good, albeit difficult, thing to remember is that most people DON'T have a tickling fetish. As long as your not real creepy (i.e. sadistic, sexual, etc.) about it or anything it's just seen playful or flirtatious. It's a tough mental barrier to break, but when you do all sorts of possibilities open up to you.

I actually had a pretty big crush this girl in high school who was a friend of mine. Once I broke that initial barrier in my mind though we had a pretty "tit-for-tat" tickling relationship for years afterwards that produced a plethora of great memories 😉. It was pretty awesome. Not saying that everyone is as acceptive of tickling (some people just hate to be tickled), but it doesn't hurt to try.

This is awfully open-ended, and really just depends on the situation. Are you close with her? Do you have feelings for her beyond wanting to tickle her? Above all else, try to keep it playful and non-creepy. Wish I had better advice, but situations like this are tricky. Like others have said, most people don't have a tickling fetish. Last thing you want to do is offend her.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant "trick" in a playful way, and not a malicious way.

Your best bet is waiting for a time she's barefoot or what have you and verbally tease her a bit. She'll most likely retaliate with something smart-assed and then you'll have reason to tickle her without seeming creepy.

it wouldnt seem weird to tickle someone then....

its a playful thing that everyone does, 9 out of 10 people will tickle a bare foot if its within reach and theyre feeling playful, its the norm, its one of the most commonly and widely known things to do with a foot anyway,

no trickory is needed, just patience,

as mentioned above somewhere, if shes not bare foot much, then perhaps the foot rub idea will help you, just wait for her to complain about her feet hurting, (which ALL women do at some point) and offer a "helping hand" it will most liekly be seen as a kind gesture.

if she doesnt say anythign about it, then perhaps just start randomely talkign about massages, and it may pop up that way,

its a game of manipulation my friend,
