My girlfriend and potential wife has some of the SEXIEST feet I've ever saw. I'll post pics. We have two issues...1) Her feet aren't as ticklish as they were 3 years ago and 2) She rarely is down for any kind of tickling with me. What should I do????

Stop referring to her as potential wife material if tickling is obviously such a major concern for you. She isn't going to get any more ticklish nor is she going to magically change her mind and suddenly be into your tickling her. Just enjoy the run as your girlfriend until it ends or come to the realization that if she means that much to you in everything else, your tickling opportunities will become greatly diminished and accept it.
