Hi all.

I'm a male aged 25 thats recently told his oldest friend that he's into tickling. She's been so cool about it shes letting (and I'm finally plucking the courage here) tickle her for five minutes.

So in turn i have five minutes to drive her absolutely insane. Ive seen her get tickled before by ex bf's so i know shes very ticklish. I wont have her tied up though but I'm intendin on having her lie face down on the couch , arms stretches out an socked to begin with...

To wet your appetites she was kind enough to send me some sole shots. I've removed her face though from the pics.

interested to hear suggestion

Arms stretches out an socked to begin with? Pics as in plural, but only one shot? Interested to hear suggestions? You need suggestions to tickle feet? What is going on here? Just tickle her, and don't put socks on her hands. That would just look silly.
 
okay, so i wrote this at 7am this morning in London- half asleep. Not intending to put socks on her hands-

I am going to post up an artwork piece that Kamiano kindly did of her later today- so there will be an extra pic coming.

If possible- it would be great to get suggestions on how to tickle her. I've never done this before and am worried Ill screw it up.

I think there is an even better use of those five minutes: While tickling her, carefully observe her reactions and manage intensity and breaks in such a way that she really likes it, so she will come back for more. She seems open to your fetish, and if you give her a good time, rather than only thinking of what satisfies you most, this might be the beginning of a regular activity.

(I personally am wired in such a way that pleasure for my tickle victim - along with his complete helplessness - automatically leads to my own satisfaction)

I agree with berlinbaer. This is your friend! You want her to enjoy it because, well, she’s your friend! Not to mention that if she enjoys it, you can do it again.

I’m not the best at feet, but I’ve learned a couple of things about them. First, the ball of the foot tends to be a good spot. Second, using your nails lightly may work, but sometimes, using them the way you would scratch an itch (i.e., harder than you’d think for tickling) can work!

And don’t be shy about surprising her with an attack on her ribs and sides to break up the action!

You're lucky man that's a lovely pair of soles that you'll soon have at your disposal! Try to get in between the toes
 
Also, don't forget that the feet have pressure points. You have to be careful to apply just enough pressure to tickle, but not to hurt. This method can really get a lot of laughter, but it takes patience and practice. In the meantime, you can learn to give foot massages, which use the same principle.

You'd have to press down pretty damn hard to make it hurt. I've been tickled vigorously and it never hurt.

Yes, this is true. You have to press pretty firmly to tickle, as well; otherwise it'd just be a massage. It can be easy to get carried away and press too hard, though, which quickly becomes painful, like a charlie-horse. The benefit to tickling the pressure points, however, is a more intense reaction, since you're no longer just titillating the nerves near the surface of the skin.
 
Invest that 5 mins into making her enjoy it - I think its safe to assume there is a chance she will enjoy it, otherwise she'd be unlikely to allow you to do it.

Think of the potential return on that investment!
