This is a ridiculously helpless position, not just to be tied in but also in the way to get tickled. In that position, there is nothing one can do to get the fingers away, and all it would take is a finger in each armpit to drive me out of my mind.

I’m with you! I totally agree with you! My underarms are my WORST spot, I would be a complete mess!
Now...just to be clear...We thorough and profound ticklers realize their is a difference between the armpits (with their silken soft hollows) and the UNDERARMS...which in my scientific mind is the underside of the arm from top of the armpit proper to the elbow....I say this bec I HAVE been slowly teased and tickle tortured on my underarms, with my (now late) wife straddling / pinning my outstretched arms above my head...it was definitely torturous and I could NOT hold still...legs and lower body trying to get her fingers off of the skin--to no avail...She was finished when she was finished...and loved every second of my grunting, coughing, gurgling and groaning distress....
NOT ridiculous .. Effective and sure immobilization is the key to proper tickle torture...When immobilized correctly...during the tickling you or friend Ashley would strive fervently to try to move and could not....Your overwhelmed mind would DESPERATELY try to get those fingers to dislodge from underarms or armpits (or anywhere being tickled)...The helpless, involuntary spasms and JOLTS your body would make would be useless, but such a sweet sight to see... Probably could see some dire attempts at BUCKING to get those fingers OFF---Along with your wildly gaping mouth...a bit of drooling no doubt at some point...and the sweet sound of pure laughter until you could only perform 'silent' laughter....and then try to communicate with your eyes...your wide open eyes!

This is a crazier idea than directly starting in the underarms. Because this will ensure that by the time the tickles actually begin in the armpits, there is no defense left at all.

MMMM....I love the idea of taking the time to tease the underarms from elbows to top of pits....Gradually working toward the WORST SPOT (the armpits themselves)...Loving every little plea and shriek as the fingers or feathers get closer to the most sensitive spot!.....hearing your voices both dissolve in begging as you TRY to fend off the overwhelming sensations that are coming your way....and the best part is ...even thought a Lee knows its coming, and there is nothing to stop it...I'll get to hear the sweet voices offering ANYTHING to prevent the tickling of the armpits....😊😈
