Thanks but it wasn't that one. It had rope bondage and was definately from the 90s or later.

hmm...Are you sure it was brushes? I know of a hentai scene from "Words Worth" involving a black skined, blonde haired women bound and being sexually teased/tickled by two male guards with feathers.

sorry, i should have been a bit more specific. There's actually two "Words Worth" series. One is probably 5-6 episodes in length. Thats the main one. The other is Words Worth Gaiden or Words Worth Outer Stories. It's the second series where the event happens. I should warn you though, don't expect a great tickling scene.

Incidently, this series is based on the video game, and i believe they actually have a picture of that scene where the dark skinned blond is being tornmented by feathers. I think i have it somewhere, but that might take some time to find.
