Actually, I'm a little miffed. I had hoped to see the first Super Bowl in history to go into overtime! Oh, well. Next year, maybe.

Congats to the Pats, and hey! Terriffic showing by Carolina, no?

Veniterri (Is that right?) O.K. so I was calling him "Choke Boy" after he missed the first field goal, and had the second one deflected. I was saying the same thing about Delhomme. In a Super Bowl such as this one, where I don't really give a rap who wins, I watch for the commercials, and, hopefuly, for a good game, and I got one! Not one of those patheticly lopsided blowouts that seem to be the norm. So, once again, nice repeat, Pats! And next year, GO VIKINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pats appear to be forming a dynasty. It was a solid win, even though I think Carolina deserved it more. Way to go, Patriots!

The Patriots DON'T suck.

I have to admit, I was rooting for Carolina b/c most of all they were the underdog and, also, I have a special place in my heart for John Fox. I hated to see him leave the Giants. He was the defensive coordinator and did one hell of a job with that unit. that defense hasn't been the same since he left but Fox deserved the gig as headcoach, and is making the most of his opportunity.

I must say though I am not upset that the Pats won. Brady is making his mark as a great QB and has many great years ahead of him. The overall team is a bunch of TEAM players who get the job done.

Let's just hope we see more superbowls that are as well played as this one and deviate a little bit from the pathetic blowouts we have grown accustomed to seeing for the most part.

I was going for Carolina and also wanted to see the first super bowl overtime. Did yall here about the patriots ilegally warming the ball before that last field goal that won them the game. Yep its true they have been fined and all that good stuff, but I dont think its fair.
