I am new. Sort of. I write stories which loads of people read and then don't reply to, as well as writing other stories which even I can't bring myself to read. I tried doing some artwork once, but the results were so horrific that the priest had to spray holy water on the paper and crucify it, then gave me five hundred Hail Marys as pennance. Other than that, I'm very boring. I don't like anything except football (that's SACKURR for all you Yankee Doodles out there), but I do enjoy milk. Mmm, milk. That's good eating (drinking)!

I am now introduced. You may all begin being my friend now. Before you do though, I want an answer to a question which has been annoying me for a while.

I got sacked on Wednesday for reasons I'm not going into (but they involved a meeting, my manager, and the sentence "This job's shite"), and now they're telling me that they're not going to give my my final money until the 29th of July, meanwhile I have to pay for a loan, a credit card and petrol for the next fortnight while my bank account's nearly seven hundred quid into a £750 overdraft. Can they do this? Should I sue them? Should I start setting fire to cars?

Advice is welcomed.

Hi there! So I rang the company and asked them to pay me earlier. They said no. I tried that tripping a solicitor up thing that someone suggested but he threatened to sue me so I had to stamp on his head a bit. That telly programme sounds like a good idea. Can I be that contestant who loses then gets back on the next week using a different name? That would show them.]
