High Heels

....bah...there is nothing better than a girl on a hills...I would NEVER give up my hi-heels
 
The prolonged wearing of shoes with narrow, pointed toes will ruin a woman's feet regardless of whether the heels are high or not.

Prolonged wearing of high heels will cause the Achilles tendon to become shortened and will put too much weight on the ball of her foot and toes.

Women would be better off going barefoot as much as possible. :feets: :yayzorz:

You shouldn't wear High Heels all the time. Alternate between high heels and flat shoes, and it's going to be fine, because both have advantages and disadvantages.
