Hiring a prostitute for tickling

Okay, before you go and dismiss this, plead read the whole thing.

Finding willing lees can be difficult, even more difficult is to find a relationship in which your desire as a ler will be accomadated.

I was wondering, therefore, could it be a fullfilling endeavor to hire a prostitute to tickle them in exchange for their rates, instead of sex?

For starters, prostitutes are probably used to doing all kinds of kinks, and realistically, prostitutes wouldn't otherwise be having sex with most of the guys that hire them, so it stands to reason that they'd jump at the chance of making the same amount of money in the same amount of time without even having to have sex.

The prospect of talking to an undercover cop is where is gets a little hairy. I live in New Jersey if it matters, but can you imagine, that any legislature in the world has included tickling in the list of what is considered a sexual act? That seems unlikely.

So as long as the first words out of my mouth are "I am not interested in sex, but am willing to pay to tickle you...." then if I AM talking to an undercover cop, I should be golden right? Nothing to arrest me for right?

It might just be the idea that you would pay her/him/it to do anything.....and would likely depend on where you are. Some states/cities/etc might be more unenlightened than others.

I suppose it depends on exactly what you mean by "golden."

If you are trying to ask if you are likely to be found not guilty, then perhaps, if you are willing to let the whole story get out.

If you are asking if you are likely to be arrested anyway, then I wouldn't bet against it.

When you are charged with a crime, the first step is the arraignment. It is at this point where you will have the opportunity to plead "Not guilty."

Such a plea will trigger the scheduling of a trial, which is where you will have the opportunity to argue the facts of the case.

You'll notice that neither of these things occur during your encounter with the arresting officer.

What I am getting at here is that an undercover cop running a prostitution sting may not be interested in your semantic argument of paid sex versus paid tickling. They may just decide that you can tell your theory to the judge and see if he agrees with you.

I too have thought of this before, but as you can see, have decided to never do it.

We're all among friends here, so let's be brutally honest: How many of you are willing to tell a judge, in open court, in front of dozens of people, that you are a tickle fetishest and only wanted to tickle her?

I honestly think I'd rather let the court assume I was hiring her for sex and plead guilty before any further details got discussed. Taking the slap on the wrist for the misdemeanor seems preferable to discussing an embarrassing fetish with non participants in a public setting.

So it all comes down to a gamble of whether or not the cop will arrest anyway, and if you are willing to accept the implications that come with getting exonerated under these circumstances.

My best advice, stick to craigslist, I find lots of willing females for as low as $50 for an hour that way, who are NOT prostitutes.

When you go discussing exchanging money in return for *Something* from what appears to be a prostitute, do you really have an expectation of not getting arrested?

I just wanted to say that just as there are Pros who top(AKA Dominatrices.) there are also Pros who switch/sub(I should know because I am one.). I just wanted to throw this out there. A few houses of domination have pro-switches/subs on staff. This way you're not hiring a prostitute and most Pros don't offer sexual services. I would check out Eros Ads BDSM New Jersey or depending where you are in New Jersey you may not be far from Destiny's Chambers in Philly. Prostitutes/Escorts are all well in good if you want to have sex with your play, but if you don't I would go the pro route. We are trained to specifically cater to people's fetish/BDSM fantasies. Most of us are also personally in the lifestyle as well.

True, porcelain.....but, such places are few and far between for most of us. Certainly a dream to have a session with you, or Addie, or..whoever... but it mostly depends on location. Just like real estate... location, location, location. Yeh, well.....

I don't see why not; makes sense. If they are willing and are in your price range, go for it! I totally get what your saying and your concerns are probably shared by so many.

Good luck!!! I hope an agreement can be reached that benefits all. 🙂

I confess I've always lusted for variety, so I've hired escorts for almost 30 years (off and on). I've never had a law enforcement problem. My last girl became a dear friend and I tickled her regularly for over 3 years until she moved out of state. Be smart, be discreet, and if anything even hints of trouble, avoid it. Most of the women I've seen have been ticklish and haven't minded being tickled at all. Some have truly enjoyed it.

It's not just location.... Not everyone has the disposable income to be able to afford pros... Plus, imho, someone who's not used to being tickled is more interesting to me... Nothing against the pros.

I disagree. In my opinion this would not even make the news.

I also think given the choice between a criminal sentance or admiting to a tickle fetish most of us would simply admit to the tickle fetish.

Let us be BRUTALLY honest here, if someone gets off on tickling someone else to anyone who does not have a tickle fetish that is totally unoffensive and boring. Remember to someone who does not have a tickle fetish tickling is about as sexual as mowing the lawn.

So to answer the orignal set of questions my opinions are:
1. No I do not think you would get arrested for it in the first place.
2. In the extremely unlikely event that the officer did arrest you it would not even make it to court once you spoke with a solicitor/lawyer.
3. In the even more unlikely event that it did make it to court the judge would have a good laugh and it would be thrown out.

Actually depending on where he is he could get arrested for it. There are some states where Prostitution is defined as an exchange of money for intercourse, a blowjob, a hand job, a footjob, or any exchange of fluids. But there are other states where Prostitution is defined as any exchanges of money for intercourse, a blowjob, handjob, footjob, exchange of fluids, or any deviant sexual behavior. Deviant sexual behavior being fetishes so if something turns you on, even if it doesn't turn most people on, and you pay for it I believe you could be arrested in those states. I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure of all this but Tony, I'd check the laws in your state before moving forward.

That can be very true sometimes. Fyi I checked eros.com BDSM Atlanta and I found a switch who works at Atlanta Dungeon.

Wow I did not realise that thank you FeatherEndeavor for enlightening me. Sorry being at the other side of the pond I forget that you have differeing laws in different states over there and the ''or any deviant sexual behavior" is something I had not anticipated. You have a very good point with that.

I still think it would be ridiculous to be arrested for it, but then there are lots of ridiculous laws in all sorts of countries that defy any rational persons logic even in supposedly developed countries. ;-)

Thanks, porcelain....but also, as robmic said, "disposable income". And for some of us.... the spouse.... :wowzer:

This is a very good question. Also you bring up very good points specially not having a relationship in which your desire as a ler will be accommodated. As for getting into a problem with the police or doing anything against the law, you should look into the Destiny's Chambers in Philly like porcelaindoll2 suggested.

Thank you,

I'd save up my money and go to a tickle gathering. 🙂 I for myself am tired of trying to find women to play with where I have to explain my fetish. I tried to pay for it once at a strip club in Miami and it turned into a huge debacle. She wasn't ticklish and before I knew it half the strippers were in the room trying to make me explain myself. I just left. Without my $300.00.

Or go see a Pro Domme or Pro Submissive. If you give yourself enough time to save up you could make a mini vacation out of it! I saw a Pro Sub once thanks to my girlfriend at the time and an hour later I was exhausted from tickling her in every contraption and position I could think of!! 🙂 GREAT experience!!!!!

Plus... with Prostitutes you never know if the person is crazy... which is an honest thought to have... and a lot of those women have been beaten up... so even though to us this is GREAT... it might not be for a Prostitute and I personally would not want to contribute to someone's misery. Even if they lie well for the money... Idk... I'd rather see a Pro Sub/ Domme. Or go to a gathering.

I love Prostitutes... Love them....

Hire them for tickling or anything else....

Ginger could grill the steaks tonight! I'll pay your normal rate plus a bonus...

Then I want to tickle you... Okay!

I want a prostitute to run for office....

I will vote for her! Put her in charge of National Tickling!

In some states, you can get arrested just for asking, under a law having to do with "promotion of prostitution" even if there is no sex nor intent of sex. Those laws are in place to keep away Johns and hookers both from 'problem areas' like bsuiness or residential districts that also attract a shady crowd.

There is no was the news would be interested in such an arrest unless you are in a very small city and even then the details probably wouldn't be reported.

Charges like this are usually misdemeanors and even if charges weren't dropped, a first offense would most likely get someone a fine, perhaps some added community service. If that was the case, One might hire a civil lawyer to have the result expunged.

Craigslist has its risks, but what doesn't? Place an ad there, or investigate a few that are already up.

Just no, I wouldn't hire a prostitute for any reason what so ever. If I have to pay
to have someone tickle me, its not even worth my time. Tickling should be a free
and fun experience that is desired to be done by both parties, not paying one so
you can get your fix for the week.

The opinion of a Dandy Guy

It is not always so easy to get free tickling in the non fetish world...

Some women think it's weird....A lot of women

I meet don't like to be tickled.

If tickling is what you like then you need a tickling partner or tickling

fix.

So prostitutes provide tickling on demand!

zap.jpg

I hire them for tickling and I have never had any problems.

To hire a prostitute for non sexual purposes is interesting...

Also I think

Prostitution should be tolerated by society":
decriminalization: I want to see that

According to Wikipedia,

There are about 42 million prostitutes in the world, living all over the world many live (though most of Central Asia, the Middle East.

They must be doing something right!

I love them Jack!

Just a couple of comments, as I think I can relate... Over the years, I have done many paid sessions with submissive ladies for tickling at various fetish dungeons, thru Eros-Guide, and thru Backpage. The sessions ran the complete gamut from fun and thrilling, to pretty much a waste of time. Porcelaindoll is right, there is a difference between the pro subs you will find at dungeons, fetish houses, and thru Eros-guide, compared to the 'prostitute' avenue you may try thru Backpage, Craigslist or similar venue. Not every prosub is super-ticklish, but I found that at least they are prepared to help you enjoy the experience. The impression I got from all the Backpage responses were that the women were interested in the money first and foremost, so they would agree to do whatever fetish you were asking for. Then when it came to being tickled, they put limits on anything you could do. If they were ticklish at all.

With that, I think every one of PorcelainDoll's comments describe it perfectly. Most of the people you would contact are used to sexual-related activities. Tickling and fetishes are foreign to them. Feeling like a second-class citizen while having to explain why I wanted to poke someone's sides instead of wanting a blowjob got old after so many times.

I wouldn't say don't ever hire a 'prostitute' for a tickling session. But I would say keep expectations on the experience low if you do. I can think of one I met thru backpage who was fun. But I would recommend spending a little more, and try meeting a prosub at a fetish dungeon. Much better chance the experience will be worth it.

And regarding TBD's comments... As far as "experience that is desired to be done by both parties..." If you are suggesting that any prosub hired to be tickled is doing the last thing in the world that she wants to do, then I disagree. From my experience, yes, some were completely bored, or wanted it to end. But, I'd say more than not, the ladies DID enjoy being tickled. It was not a chore. It was not miserable for them. They had fun and enjoyed it and reflected on what a rush it was when we were finished. And regarding not paying someone for tickling, I think that is a short-sighted thought. I would agree that most people would rather not pay then pay. But not everyone has tickle friends. Not everyone has a spouse of sig other who is into it. Not everyone is comfortable opening up about it and meeting in a group. I think we can all agree what tickling 'should' be, but outside of that, I would disagree. My paid sessions were definitely worth my time.
