Hi there Candyfloss, glad you liked the clip. That nasty lookin' little tool is known as a "pinwheel"... i've also heard it called a nerve wheel... i think originally it's some kind of medical instrument doctors use for some ungodly reason... perhaps to make sure patients pay their bills lol .
