Oh, definitely. And, if I may add to that line of thought: The experienced and conscientious tickler will bear in mind the type of bondage the ticklee is in when proceeding with the teasing.

As a for-instance(since we're in the hogties-thread): If you allow a good five or ten minutes to let her get familiar with just how helpless the hogtie leaves her, prior to so much as a finger-poke or stroke, when you DO get on with alittle tickling, it's that much more intense!

Below is one of the most trying variations on the hogtie. It is impossible to "get comfy" tied like that.
