hot n spicy food?!

Thai and Szechuan food are high on my top-10 list with Italian "fra diavolo" dishes a close second!

Yeah I snack on them like chips, people think I'm mad.
Here in Mexico we generally deseed the chilli and fry it in Oro Tequila,
then add it to food... ...

Sounds ultra-tasty!

I tried Habanero sauce once, but the brand I had was too diluted for my tastes. I like green serrano peppers, and I love Tapatío hot sauce but have a hard time finding it locally, so I usually settle for a standard vinegar-based hot sauce.

Yeah

Sadly alot of people do water down sauce, if you live in California, I'd say check out a traditional Mexican restaurant in East LA as the sauces are freshly made an authentic. You can make your own, for a good salsa I'd recommend about two tomatos, boils it till the skins are loose, throw that in with some green peppers, yellow peppers and red peppers, spring onions with some coriander and some chives and saute and then fry some deseeded chillies in tequila, add that together, let it simmer and if you want you can also add mango or pineapple, and thas a basic quick salsa.

Most people don't understand the concept of the salsa vs guacamole, the mole is supposed to me mild and cooling contrasting with the spicy salsa, thats why I laugh when I see people adding chillies to guacamole.

Sounds positively delicious! I'll have to try it soon!

There was once a shop in Armory Square in Syracuse, NY which sold all manner of hot sauce, including one called "Sudden Death" or something which was so hot (and devoid of flavor) as to be virtually inedible.

i tried a habanero garlic blend called Hog's Ass. it had enough kick to make me consider using it responsibly
