how do i disable Sharing of my files on Kazaa lite++

Does anybody know how to do this? I have only had kazaa lite++ now for a couple Days. But when ever i log onto kazaa lite it always shows my Files as being shared. and i wanna know how to unShare them with other users so they can't upload from me. Even though they just are clips mostly im downloading off of kazaa lite. I still dont wanna get caught or what have you.

Shared Folder

Files downloaded off 'Kazaa' end up in the folder My Shared Folder, just double click on your hard drive to locate it.
Only files within this folder are shared with other users. To disallow other users from sharing your files, simply remove files from this folder.
