It's simple.
First upload your images to linkable webspace (space you have bought on a server, or perhaps the free webspace that came with your internet account)
Then in a thread use the img codes to show the picture. You can see how to use thme by clicking on the vB Code help button to the upper left one the page where you post new messages from.
