how do you get over an ex-girlfriend of 5years

I feel your pain dude. Breakups are horrible. I never experienced a breakup after being together for so long, but I can only imagen how terrible it is. As many have sayd here...time heal all wounds. I know it doesn't help you a damn bit right now and I there was a way to get over this fast I would love to know it myself. But my advice is to try to be with people you care about. Don't spend to much time also...it will eat you up inside. I wish you all the best dude! Good luck and be strong! Things will be allright again...
