how do you get your upperbody more ticklish?

my upperbody isn't really that ticklish and i really want to fix this problem. what should i do?
 
lotion and a hot shower. apply the lotion generously to dry but moist skin. Allow the effects to linger for about thirty minutes before engaging in any activity.
