For me its about your mentality. At the moment, it sounds like your down in the dumps, swimming in your own despair. The only way to change your situation is to force yourself out of it (friends do help but its possible to do alone)
Wierdly if you're struggling Id reccomend Russell Brand. Just watch some of his recent Videos, they can help you change your path.
Social interaction is always possible when you comfortable and confident about yourself. Everyone has issues, its just a matter of how we deal with them.
But to start I'd just suggest going for walks, finding what your major issues are (so for me my major issues are: Unhealthy eating, Im unhappy at my current job, still holding a grudge to some people which has forced me into a position where I am struggling socially) and once you can pinpoint your issues. Work with someone or even us people online to help you through them. This doesn't mean just complaining to everyone though. This is genuine belief that you can change and changing habits in your day to day life to create that change. (Eg. I couldn't be bothered cooking and just bought junk every day for over a year, now im cooking healthy meals, going outside every so often and working through my issues slowly)
But the biggest thing is understanding that these things take time, and that pornography and tickling should never be a major focus! There are other things that are more important and if you can seperate this as a "must" to an "occasional fun thing" it'll be a lot easier to hand for you.
Hope this helps
