How do you respond when someone has a different opinion on a subject than you...

the best way to respond is to open your ears and close your mouths. nobody knows how to listen anymore, all they know how to do is scream. its all one big jerry springer show
 
Online, when someone disagrees with me, I use all caps LIKE THIS AND I USE STRONG LANGUAGE AND TELL THEM THAT THEY'RE OPINION IS WRONG.

In real life, I use a brick.

It takes quite a bit of effort for me to really take the other person's POV into account and try to understand where they are coming from. I try my best, though.
