How does NEST handle conflict resolution?

The NEST community is toxic as hell, man. I think it’s an unwritten advisory to avoid interactions with people you dislike in the first place, that’s why I’ll never go to NEST.
 
Considering that it’s over hundreds of people, I believe it will be easy somewhat to dodge/avoid anyone or anything confrontational imho.
I'm thinking if someone experiences unsafe behavior or something to that effect, there would be some process in place for that. If there isn't, then that's a potential disaster waiting to happen.
 
People are given nametags, so it should be pretty easy to identify the coordinators/facilitators. The one I went to didn't have any conflicts similar to your example, but any logistics issues went to the facilitators.
I am guessing you are referring to a Safety Officer of sorts like they have at some playrooms. I think I recall there being someone like that during open sessions.
