How 'Lees and 'Lers perceive video clips differently

It's occurred to me over time that 'lees.....at least the 'lees I've spoken to....view clips slightly different than the way 'lers do.

Am I wrong?

When I watch a clip, I don't really project myself into the clip, I'm detached, observing a tickling happen. I'm not the 'ler. I'm a guy watching the 'ler do his thing.

But the 'lees that I've spoken to over the years, even my ex-girlfriend, who is "vanilla"......they seem to put themselves in the model's position.....sometimes WISH they were in the model's position...sometimes are JEALOUS of the model! (i've heard all of that, more than once) (more than twice!)

When I watch a clip, I'm looking for: the 'lee's reaction, and the skill of the 'ler. And situation can also come into it.

Does the 'lee care about the reaction? Or are they focused more on what the 'ler is doing to the 'lee? I also hear more situations being important to them......"a gang of girls tie me down and then they....."

Also....some 'lees who are really ticklish, sometimes they can get a little uneasy in their chair and skittish, just even thinking about it, talking about it, considering it...does a 'lee, like, cover their eyes or clap their hands over their mouths when something really diabolical is going on in a clip?! Are they watching with the same detachment as I am? Is it hard to watch, sometimes? Do they feel sympathy for the 'lee? Are they rooting for the 'lee, like a sports team? Or are they rooting for the 'ler!!!

Do they judge the model, like in a catty way? Like...."pffft. You think that's ticklish?!" Lol!

Lastly, are there things 'lees want to see more of in video clips, that they don't get enough of? (that is, if that many 'lees watch clips in the first place! Maybe video clips are all from a 'lers perspective?)

Your thoughts, please, on this very, very important subject! Lol

haha! your inquisitiveness makes me laugh, Dearest Leo. I love it! I have a bit to say on this matter, but I think we've discussed that together before. 😉 One thing I will say, yes, I usually get jealous of the 'lees in the videos and wish I was in their "shoes". Other times I watch the 'lers and think that what they are doing would either tickle really bad or that they're not putting much effort into it at all. That it just looks too weak and fake. haha!

I think it's an interesting question -- thanks for posting it.

As a male 'ler, I'm more focused on the reaction than the technique too, especially if the question is one physical technique versus another. I'll admit, I do become a fan of technique once we're talking about the psychological skills of taunting and verbal approaches that can make the 'lee nearly crazy before the first touch has happened.

To digress, this discussion makes me wonder about the ratio of 'lers to 'lees, (not counting people paid to be 'lees, or put up with being 'lees to make their lovers happy -- but those who would seek it out, unpaid, with any lover). What is it? 200? Just asking. Natural 'lees certainly do exist, but they are the four leaf clover of our kink. 🙂

Wow... this is a good question! Hmmm... as both lee and Ler I have to sit here and think about this. What IS it that I look for? It seems to be a lot... let's see...

-Jealousy? Sometimes. In that I wish I had certain lees at my beck and call. Or I love someone's laugh so much I wish I sounded more like that. Or I was experiencing a particular situation in lu of vicariously.

- Reactions of the lee. AND reactions of the Ler TO the lee... how good is this person in paying attention to the roller coaster ride they are putting their lee through?

- As I consider Tickling an art form practically... I watch how the Ler descends and upscends over a lee's body. Was it beautiful? Was it half hazard? If it was half hazard style did it work? Do the parts that seem to tickle seem to be in line with the other areas as far nerves go. Able to jump around and tickle meaning staying extremly ticklish. Not only do I enjoy seeing the strategy of the Ler...(as an observer and for my own future strategies)... I also enjoying imagining it being it done to me. Would I enjoy this? Would that tickle me really well? Would it get me off? What parts of it does vs doesn't? Does any of it work for me a either Ler or lee?

- Body positioning... lengthening... stretching... each body part. What would be comfortable for me that I can avoid having to ask to be repostioned? Or avoid someone asking? Are pillows necessary to raise any part of the body?

-Within every scenario.... how many different positions can that be done? What are they? Is it feesible?
Furniture? What do I want in my tickling torture collection?

-Gags vs no gag. Blindfold vs no blindfold. What would I prefer as Ler or lee in each particular case?
-Hair up or hair down? Is it in the way?

-Oil or no oil? (I have yet to experience this as Ler or lee.)

-toe stretching? Could myself or my lee been more vulnerable? Does toe stretching seem to be cutting off circulation? How could it have been done it better as to not cause pain? What to avoid?


-What tickling tools could have enhanced this scenario to make someone more ticklish?

Well... posting more and more like I have been...I have ran into a few issues and just want to make sure i ask before I assume ANYTHING. 😱
