From my experience watching Mimi being tickled, i have to say that the ler is not necessarily at all safe even if she is tied. She has been known to send them on a snack flight.

I,d love to be tied up or put into stocks, then she's free to tickle me wherever she wants as long as she wants.

It only heightened the experience for me in the past, as for when I was the ler. Something about being able to let go of everything when restrained. Of course when I was the ler, having them helpless allowed me to be as “cruel” as I wanted to be.
