How much do models get paid for tickling clips?

If some of the producers don't mind revealing what the fees are for their models (or a ballpark range). Is the producer or model usually the one who determines fees, and is it based per hour/per day for the shoot? How does one determine a fair market value, if there is one? Thank you!

Each producer has his/her different arrangement. Some charge per hour, some charge flat rate for a set of content. Each of us does it differently.
