heh hi everyone,

this is a question i always been intrested to ask here,

now i'm a guy from UK only 21 this year and not many people know about mine its weird because you don't know what sort of reaction your get from people.

I mean my family don't know but my best friend does and of course i tell people who are into it lol like all you wounderful ladies and gentleman here.

But it's always played on my mind heh i mean i read the thread about the whole would you marry someone who not or hates it and i read some of the repleys and its true that i could not marry someone who hated it or was not ticklish cuz its like a big part of you life. But how do you tell someone you like it lol i mean i'm single at the moment but its just one of the things that intrested me.

I mean when i told my best friend it was like a huge step telling her and i'm glad i did really because when we mess around she allows me to tickle her and she teases me playfully like and its like so much fun lol but i could never tell my parents or brothers and sisters or family lol

So whats everyone else take on this how open are all you guys and girls on your fetish? ^^

It's kinda weird because I say I'm trying to keep some of my life private and secretive...but yet, my best friends, wicked close cousins, and ex boyfriends know about my fetish. And now, I just seem to be even more open about it to friends these days. So far, I've had no bad reactions. However, I would never tell anyone else in my family. I would fear they would think I was a total weirdo...or would tickle me all the time, which, yes I would actually, hate, lol. The only people I don't mind tickling me are my two awesome cousins, and my boyfriend. That's pretty much it. I don't really even like it when my two best friends tickle me anymore. It's just so weird considering tickling is not only playful, but also sexual for me. And well...I'm straigh! lol. So there we go, heh. But usually I bring up my fetish by saying how I'm a total weirdo and actually like tickling, and then I explain how when I was younger my older cousin used to tickle me all the time. I don't put a lot of attention to it....but I express it. Usually, people could care less and just get on with life, heh. There was only one time when I got a bad reaction. I had written in my diary that I thought about how sex and tickling could go together. I must have been about 14 at the time and was curious and explorative at that age, heh. Anyway, my neighbor unfortunatly found the key to my diary and read all about it. Then he smirked at me and asked me where I was the most ticklish. Yeah...like I was about to tell him!! haha. But thank god for me, he kept it to himself. Phew! heh. And yeah, that was the only bad experience cause he kinda jumped me and started tickling me really annoyingly trying to find my "hot spot" lol.

I'm not exactly open with it. I have some ladyfriends who will leave themselves open to a tickle attack every now and then, so maybe that might give it away if I do it habitually.

This one girl that I used to date knew all about my tickling fetish. I actually tried to tickle her in the usual upper body spots but to no avail. One day as I was doing this I asked, "well, is there an area where you are actually ticklish?" She was a bit embarassed to say so, and when I said, "is it your feet?," she fessed up. I've never told my family about it, but for me it's something of a sexual fetish, and that's not really any of their business. They wouldn't want to know that much about me anyway. TMI. My wife knows about it. She hates to be tickled, but, winderful woman that she is, she has never for a second thought I was weird. I've never really understood the reasoning behind telling people about your fetish.

I don't WANT to hear about my friend's favorite kinky fantasies. I mean, if someone in my family or my best friend told me they were really into scat play, or that they loved dressing up in women's clothes/lingerie.....well, why the hell would I want to know that? I don't want to picture my friends/family like that.

I tell girlfriends and wives (not that I have any!). After that, I'm not sharing, and I don't want them to share with me.

Yep. I never really understand the opposite sentiment. I mean, how often does one of your friends walk up to you and announce that they get turned on by being peed on? But it seems like the question "How many people have you told?" is a fairly routine topic on here.

But what I would be interested to know is, why do you or don't you share your preference with others? I mean, if someone keeps it to themselves just for privacy's sake, I can understand that. But are there other reasons that people keep it to themselves? Is there anyone out there who isn't even sure why it is you keep it to yourself?
