A woman was pulled over by the West Virginia State Police for her excess speed.
The patrolman opened his book and the woman said: "I bet you are going to sell me a ticket to the Policeman's Ball?"
The patrolman replied: West Virginia Troopers do not have balls."
Realizing what he had just said, he folded his book up and climbed back into his car.
The woman was unable to start her car up for ten minutes, until she got over her fit of laughing.🙄
