How to find tickle models?

Hey there, 22 year old college student, male. Just wondered how some of these production places find their tickle models? I am looking to possibly start up and cannot seem to find any models. Just wondering how some of them come across them (Females). I know you can book sessions and what not but what other ways have people found models?
