If you're already good friends, you could ask her to rub your lower back and make a point of flinching and laughing when she gets close to a good spot, telling her that it tickles but that you don't mind it 😉

I made up a dream involving tickling and told someone (not too honest). If she doesn't know about your fetish and tickles you, that's not too bad. Being a huge tickle freak I always found ways to instigate a tickle fight with the girls I dated without looking like I started them. They always fell for my trick. Here is a list of them.
1. Jesse: Jesse was very petite and very sexy. She had short reddish hair and she always wore sunglasses. She was about 4'11. She always wore tanktops, even in winter. This happened when we first met. We were riding in a van which was packed cause we were going to a party. She and I were sharing a seat. I felt her elbow nudge my rib and I flinched. It didn't really tickle but I wanted to see what she would do. She turned to me and asked me what's wrong and I told her that I was very ticklish and that her elbow poked me in the ribs. She grinned devilishly and said oh you're ticklish? And with that she started clawing at my sides. I jumped and turned to her smiled and said how about you? I grabbed her sides and she screamed. She said no please. I tickled her for a few minutes until one of the girls smiled and told us to stop flirting in the car cause there's not that much room. Later that night she tried to tickle me again but I got her back and in the tickle struggle we kissed. I tickedher plenty of times afterwards until I dumped her after I caught her cheating on me.
2. Kristin: She was also petite, about 5 ft. She looked a lot like my old babysitter Suzanne. We met through my cousin. She started visiting me at my house and one day I was taking a nap. My grand mother let her in. She went straight to my room. I was lying down on my stomach. I woke up when I heard my door open but I didn't move. She laid down next to me. She was about 5 ft tall also. We were on the couch cuddling when she pinched my side. I laughed and told her that I was ticklish. She said oh really and started tickling my ribs. I laughed and tickled her back. She jumped and ran into her room. I followed her and we ended up lying next to each other in her bed. We were hugging. All of a sudden she put her leg on me and said now I have a foot rest. I told her I don't think so and stroked her bare sole. She laughed and pulled her foot away. Another time was at my house in my room. Our mutual friend Emmie and her boyfriend Ollie came over and brought Jenny with them. We all went to my room and started watching Beauty and the Beast. Ollie and Emmie were on my bed making out and Jenny and I were on my otoman cuddling. Jenny got up and went to the bathroom and I stretched out on the otoman. When she came back she asked me to move and I said no so she sat on my back. She said hey aren't you ticklish and began digging into my sides. I laughed and then pushed her off me. I tickled her back and then we rolled around until she ended up on top of me again then we started kissing. It ended when Emmie's older sister walked in and caught us.
4. Estella: Estella is my sister's friend and also used to babysit me. She's about 10 years older than me. She is very sexy with breasts that are D-cups and an ass that won't quit. She had a mulatto complexion and long brown hair. She went to use the bathroom in my house and when she was done she tried to open the door but I held it shut. A minute later I let the knob go and she started poking my sides. I laughed and tickled her back. She giggled and we went to get lunch. Another time we were watching my niece and Estella started tickling her knees. Estelle giggled at the ticklishness of my niece's knees and I told her everyone's ticklish somewhere. She turned to me and said oh yeah let's test that theory out and tickled my ribs. I laughed and tickled her back. We still keep in touch from time to time.
5. Rena: Rena is Emmie's cousin. She used to live with Emmie but moved away to California. Rena had the biggest crush on me but I was playing hard to get. One day Rena Emmie and I were babysitting my nephew Kel when Emmie tickled Kel's ribs. Rena said awwa he's ticklish. I said everyone's ticklish. Rena smiled and said are you and playfully tickled my side. I laughed and said yeah and so are you and tickled her sides. She was holding Kel in her arms and couldn't really get away from me. Come on. That's not fair. I'm holding a baby she said. Emmie laughed and told us to stop flirting and kiss already. We did just that and dated until she moved away.

Work in a lighting showroom, that helps. 😉

I hang chandeliers daily, and usually get stuck holding them above my head as someone else hooks it to the ceiling. Let me say that nothing will get you tickled faster than holding something heavy that far above your head after people know you are ticklish. Good times. 😉

I think the others have made some good suggestions. I don't have a whole lot of experience in this department whereas I am pretty much in the same boat that you are in. I do think it might also help you if you could sometime start a pillow fight or something gentle and playful like that with her. That might lead to tickling. I have found that to be someone successful in online situations (I know, I'm pathetic 😛 )
