It's really simple:
"I'm giving you permission and encouragement to tickle me. Don't stop unless you hear 'ow,' 'red,' or I start coughing. If you tickle me to silent laughter, continue for 30 seconds then stop long enough for me to inhale 1 breath. I understand this is new for you. So, I'm going to tickle you for 1 minute, then you'll tickle Me until I safe word. If you don't, I will re-tickle you until you're motivated enough to get me back."

Yes, get consent first etc., but you get my point.

Honestly? I'm not sure. This feels like more of an announcement or a discussion than a story as there is no plot or beginning, middle, and end.
