You can use google to translate pages.

Go to Search Preferences, then scroll about half way down and click on Language Tools.

After that go to the bottom of the page where you can enter in the webstie URL, then change it to read Chinese>>>English.

And there you go. Should work for you, it worked for me.

I am interested in joining the forum as well, especially since it is required to register to view some files.

I am able to translate most of the required information in Google Translate, however there is one part which is a PICTURE of chinese characters. You have to "Answer the question" so they know you are not a bot, or something of that sort, their words are along the lines of "Answer the question to prevent malicious uploads."

So someone who can understand chinese is needed to translate that one picture, really. The rest can be figured out.

For those too lazy to translate the rest, the required fields are (in this order):

1. Username. (Must be 3-12 characters, can't have spaces, no upper-case letters)
2. Password (Letters or numbers. Must be at least 6 characters)
3. Confirm Password
4. Authentication Code (Numbers show up in a picture to the right. Just copy them into the field.)
5. "Forum on anti-malicious register" (Nothing to input.)
6. "Please enter the answer." (This is the unclear field. I assuming you have to input something based on the picture to the right, but it is in chinese so I cannot translate it using a script.)
7. E-Mail
8. Reason for joining the forum.
