How to start your own foot fetish company?

Hello all, I have been a member here for years (under a different screename) and recently decided to join the many that have their own company. What im curious about is what is legally needed to do this?? Im pretty sure the models have to sign some kind of form giving their consent to be photographed or something? I just want to do this right, so any feedback will help. thanks.

If you plan to use any photographs of people for commercial purposes, you must ask any visible persons to sign a model release. Look up "model release" on google and you can get tons of templates.

At least these will give you some ideas of what's needed, other than finding and photographing models. The admin process is not fun - but you'll do well if you fight through that.

Thanks for the websites... What I plan on doing is just making some clips to put on clips4sale... thats my main intention. My main concern was the consent from the models... I wasnt sure if there was a specific form or contract that needed to be signed. Im not really looking into doing a full blown website, at least not right now, but just a clips4sale. Thanks... any other advice?
