How to use these stocks?

My girlfriend suprised me with a these stocks the other day. It doesnt have the outside part to clamp and didnt come with a stand. I was hoping you guys could help me try to figure out how best to use them. Would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you might be able to bolt this on to something heavier. The idea is to keep the wrists in place, I think this should fit the bill.

Looks like it might work as a slightly awkward hogtie. I think I've seen that used in such a way before.

What kind of thing should i bolt this too? And i can see what your talking about with the hogtie situation.

I was just looking at the bolt holes. I don’t know... back of a chair?
