A tickle on her foot is a great way to both flirt and get back at her for busting your chops. Make sure the shoe is off though cuz if you just grab her foot and pull off her shoe it might creep her out....lol.

As a chick, I can say for sure that we find sneaking creepy. Just do it during a playful moment and be confident about it.

I think "sneaky" maybe a bad choice of words. At least half of the best tickles are ones caught off guard. If she is relaxed enough with you and is wearing no shoes or has on on sandals, just go for it. But work your way up to it. Cuddle first, joke around or start by tickling her on her ribs. If she's lying down, with feet up, just walk by her, say "Tickle!" and do it real fast with a smile. If the comfort level is there, I don't see any harm.

No clue....no one has ever had to sneak in a tickle when it came to me, unless it was in public 🙂. Then in that case, I'd say if at a restaurant under the table is a fun way, at the movies it's rather easy, any place else, just use your creativity lol. If push comes to shove you could always suggest giving her a foot massage out of being such a nice friend, then the ball (of her foot that is) will definitely be in your court 🙂.
