Damn good question. Believe it or not, I have never opened up about tickling to my girlfriends. We frequently have very frank discussions about sex. We have even talked about bondage (almost all the married gals I know get tied up by their husbands once in a while). Yet I'm scared to bring up the fact that being tied up and tickled relentlessly turns me on. Maybe it would be different if I wanted one of my female friends to torture me the way my husband does, I don't know. But bringing up my tickling fetish to others something I am reluctant to do, even to my close friends.

BTW, I know all my girlfriends are ticklish, at least on the bottoms of their feet, and they know I am too. We often host late-night dinner parties on our patio in the summer. Strictly casual.
