For me, I have to make an emotional connection with the 'lee. After I feel that she can be able to trust me, I ask her the level one question: are you ticklish? If she says nothing, then I just skip. But if she trusts me and says yes, then I am able to ask where. After getting in deep with said girl, I will ask if I can tickle her softly. This way, I can slowly build her up to do more interesting tickles.

I just get a good relationship going with them, and when I feel it's fine if I tickle her a bit, I sneak quick tickles. If she responds well then I keep going for longer and longer tickles and maybe even eventually ask her if she'll just let me do it or something. There's factors to depend on and stuff though.

What I would do is tell a woman with really beautiful feet that "there's something on her foot," and offer to "take it off" it for her when she could find it. It's amazing how much it works, how ticklish she is and how long she would allow me to "remove the lint" from her. Very rarely will she not allow me to touch her. Obviously, they enjoy being tickled without either knowing or acknowleging it.
