All right, please tell me if this sounds dumb...

Here's the plan: We wait until there's a guest on Howard whom we REALLY want to see tickled, and then we ALL call in at once. I mean like a serious barrage. Just keep hitting redial until someone answers... One or more of us would almost HAVE to get through, eventually, provided that we got enough members calling at once (like a few hundred). If a ton of us got through, he'd do it for sure!

BTW, if anyone ever does get through, mention the TMF (like Brooklyn did) and invite Howard to join. Even if HE doesn't join, some other poor, lost soul in radioland just might!

Oh, I didn't mean we should all call at the <i>exact</i> same time. If we all called at the same moment, only one of us could get through, and it would be counterproductive. I meant we should pick a guest (with a poll or something) on his show, wait until they're on the air, and then have a whole bunch of us agree to start calling in and keep calling in. The objective would be that the majority (or at least a significant percentage) of callers at a given moment are TMFers, and asking to see Howard tickle the lady in question. It would take a large number of us- but we have, like, 2600 members now. If we could get a hundred or two to throw in and all call during the same interview (and keep calling in when you get a busy signal) we could probably get a significant number of requests through. Given Howard's general demeanor, he'd probably give in to our little "peasant uprising." 😉 Kinda like he did with our e-mails for Pam.

Also remember, that there are probably a TON of unregistered lurkers, and if a bunch of us did it, I bet a lot of them would join us. 😀 (Please?)
